Chef Zach Dale, of Robust Wine Bar, knows a thing or two about making incredible paella from years of Robust's "Paella on the Patio" nights. Spend a memorable evening in our kitchen for a hands-on class learning to make paella mixta - a chicken and seafood paella with chorizo and saffron, a vegetarian version of paella, plus baked goat cheese in spicy romesco sauce, garlic marinated shrimp, and sangria.
