Spend a charming evening with personal chef Maria Sakellariou creating authentic Greek food. This hands-on class will make crawfish cheesecake, Maria's version of fattoush salad with fennel and feta, youvarlakia - meatballs with rice and herbs served with avgolemono sauce, plus fig olive oil cake with homemade whipped cream and caramelized figs.
