No photos will be exchanged during this playful date night with chef Stephan Ledbetter, as he introduces gnocchi's spicy cousin, gnudi, made with homemade ricotta and horseradish. This hands-on class will create whipped lemon ricotta and spiced honey bruschetta, root vegetable salad with creamy ricotta and oranges topped with dill dressing and candied pecans, gnudi served with caprese-style salad and sautéed scallops, plus macerated fresh berries with hand-whipped cream.
