Treat yourself to an evening out with the girls, as the entertaining chef Sharon Tutko creates maitake and oyster mushroom cast iron pizzetta bites with melted havarti and truffle aïoli, porcini-crusted sablefish served over mushroom risotto with roasted asparagus, plus chocolaty reishi mushroom bliss "truffles" with dates and cashews rolled in cacao, and a chambord-vodka sparkler with French lemonade and fresh thyme garnish.
