Enjoy fresh herb and chile-marinated chèvre with grilled garlic pocket bread, butter lettuce and radish salad with cannellini beans and roasted corn dressed with Green Goddess, dry-rubbed barbecue salmon with summer tomato-pepper-cucumber relish, plus peach-blueberry crisp with sweetened mascarpone whipped cream.
