GREEK TAVERNA - TAPAS AND OUZO
Join Maria Sakellariou to create small plates reminiscent of Sunday night Greek taverna fare served with ouzo. This hands-on class will create Greek meatballs served with a roasted tomato and Greek cheese sauce, crab and shrimp phyllo triangles, sautéed calamari with tomatoes and oregano served on crostini, fire-roasted eggplant dip with pita wedges, grilled souvlaki - pork kabobs, plus summer fruit with Greek lemon yogurt dripped with Greek honey.
