Take a seat at the counter as they amuse you with their banter and prepare Southwest street corn dip with fresh tortilla chips, pork al pastor simmered in pineapple-chile adobo sauce served with bacon fat flour tortillas, Spanish rice, Mexican cabbage-carrot slaw with tequila lime dressing, plus margarita lime sorbet.
