Spend an evening enjoying the mutual trust and camaraderie between friends Jan Reid and Matt Sassman as they flex their culinary muscles to create a memorable summer supper. Take a seat at the counter as they amuse you with their banter and prepare upside-down cambozola onion puff pastry tarts with spicy honey and thyme, sweet corn bisque garnished with lobster meat and roasted red pepper coulis, braised beef steak tips with mushroom marsala sauce served with wild rice pilaf, plus raspberry champagne sorbet.
