Matt Borchardt takes you to school with three different ways to prepare the versatile salmon. Enjoy smoked salmon cakes with pickled red onion and Old Bay aïoli, spinach salad with crispy salmon topped with sunflower seeds and golden raisins and sherry vinaigrette, oven roasted salmon with white wine butter sauce served with warm couscous salad and fried onions, plus Key lime pie with vanilla bean whipped cream.
