Designed for teens, ages 12 to 16. Join Lydia Gwin for a three-day cooking camp exploring restaurant food perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with each day focusing on a different meal of the day. This hands-on class will make diner food breakfast with chicken and waffles, eggs Benedict, St. Louis slingers, and fruit cups. Deli food for lunch includes grilled cheese sandwiches, homemade potato chips, Caesar salad with homemade croutons, tomato soup, plus giant chocolate chip cookies with homemade ice cream. A restaurant dinner includes a mini charcuterie board with French onion dip, roasted chicken with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables, dinner rolls, and chocolate cake.
