Learn to make Greek chicken with chicken breast tenderloins cooked with tomatoes and olives and white wine with fingerling potatoes topped with tahini dressing, juicy pork tenderloin with Tuscan herbs topped with a portobello béchamel served with crispy golden tiny potatoes and charred broccolini, crispy gnocchi with andouille sausage with a kiss of Spanish paprika and sun-dried tomatoes topped with wilted baby spinach, plus fire-in-the-hole white sheet cake filled with macerated dark cherries.
