Garganelli are short, quill-shaped pasta tubes with ridges. They are made from flat squares of pasta that have been rolled, corner to corner, with a wooden stick over a special comb called a pettinaGarganelli are traditionally served there with shreds of braised poultry, a Bolognese sauce or any fine ragù that can be trapped within the tubes.

The finest pasta has a distinctive character and a pleasurable bite. This wonderful pasta is formed by bronze dies, hand-cut, and air-dried for 56 hours. Made in Pianella, Italy by Rustichella d'Abruzzo. Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, eggs, water. 8.8 ounces.
