Super Fine Sugar (Caster Sugar)
Caster Sugar, or superfine sugar, is the name for very fine sugar in Britain, so named because the grains are small enough to fit through a sugar "caster" or sprinkler. Because of its fineness, it dissolves more quickly than regular white sugar, and is ideal for meringues, pastries, candies, and cold drinks. Pure cane sugar, 1 pound.
