Tart Tamper
Make mini tarts without having to roll each piece of pastry out individually. Place a ball of dough in a mini tart or muffin pan and plunge the floured tamper into the dough, and instantly you have a perfectly-formed tart shell. Wooden tart tamper features two sizes: small end and a larger end. The tart tamper is also useful for making compound butters. Not dishwasher safe.
