Mrs. Anderson's classic steamed pudding pan made of professional quality aluminum with a 1.6 liter capacity. Great for making steamed plum pudding, chocolate, pumpkin and other traditional puddings. Lid seals in moisture and puddings. Center tube provides even heat distribution for faster cooking times. Handle allows for easy removal after cooking is complete. Not dishwasher safe.
