Casareccia Pasta
Casareccia is a type of Fusilli in a "double S" shape, with a characteristic central groove, originally from Sicily, but also known in other regions of Southern Italy. It combines well with meat sauce and condiments with vegetables or seafood.
The finest pasta has a distinctive character and a pleasurable bite. This wonderful pasta is formed by bronze dies, hand-cut, and air-dried for 56 hours. Made in Pianella, Italy by Rustichella d'Abruzzo. Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water. 17.5 ounces.
