All "ayes" are on chef Bob Colosimo, who worked below deck in the galley for Clipper Cruise Line back in the day. Join Bob for a hands-on class creating a Caribbean feast of conch two ways - conch fritters and conch chowder, Jamaican jerk shrimp, Moros y Christianos - Cuban black beans and rice, fried plantains, plus island rum cake.
