Give a big welcome to businesswoman and art gallery owner, Maria Ines Goncalves, who pursued a culinary degree in pastry and cakes, as she shares the cuisine from her native Portugal. This hands-on class will create scrambled eggs with Portuguese chorizo, Portuguese pork and clams with white wine-marinated pork pan-seared and cooked with clams presented atop fried potatoes, Algarve chopped tomato-cucumber-onion-green pepper salad with oregano, Portuguese rice fried with finely diced vegetables, plus chocolate mousse with whipped cream and caramelized nuts.
