Basil is growing like gangbusters, and we have some smart uses for this never-ending supply of aromatic herbs from appetizers to desserts and everything in-between! Enjoy zucchini basil soup, white bean-tuna-basil salad with pesto mayonnaise, baked feta pasta with tomatoes and basil, plus strawberry-basil compote on angel biscuits with whipped cream.
