This hands-on class will make margarita cheesecake mousse served in individual glasses rimmed with sugar and garnished with a slice of lime, almond-glazed cherry hand pies with puff pastry and cherry Amaretto filling, lemon-sweet tea cupcakes with sweet tea vodka, blackberry cobbler sundaes with sour mash whiskey and vanilla ice cream topped with butterscotch-bourbon sauce, summer berry trifle with mascarpone cream and Grand Marnier-raspberry jam, plus a pink mojito with fresh raspberries.
