Experience the traditional and tasty dishes of Bosnia with the delightful Matt Lehmann, starting with a mezze tray with ustipci - popular fried dough balls, smoked meat, cheese, and fruit. This hands-on class will create sarma - cabbage rolls stuffed with beef and rice filling, grilled cevapi - grilled hand-shaped sausages and vegetables atop Bosnian flatbread, plus baklava, all served with local beer.
