This hands-on class with Mickey Kitterman will make crab and scallion cakes with chile-soy dipping sauce, noodle cake with five-spice beef and star anise mayonnaise, bang bang shrimp - a copycat Bonefish Grill recipe, Shanghai pan-fried pork buns with a crispy bottom, sesame-ginger chicken skewers with lemon sauce and steamed rice, plus almond cookies.
