DATE NIGHT FOR COUPLES: A GREEK HOLIDAY KITCHEN
Create an extraordinary Greek holiday meal with your partner as this hands-on class joins Maria Sakellariou. Learn to make whipped hummus topped with minced lamb and sumac and toasted pine nuts served with toasted flat bread, Greek loukaniko - sausage sautéed with onions and tri-colored peppers topped with feta, spiced beef tenderloin steaks cooked in cast iron and finished with Metaxa brandy sauce, farro salad with sun-dried tomatoes and feta tossed in olive oil-lemon vinaigrette, plus petimezopita - a Greek-style grape molasses chocolate cake.
