Learn to make a staple of Sicilian cuisine - crispy arancini filled with mushrooms and ham and mozzarella, creamy lemon-chile pasta with homemade tagliatelle served with broccoli rabe with lemon, plus Sicilian lemon-olive oil cake with lemon-honey mascarpone topped with lemon zest and almonds, and a limoncello mojito.
