This hands-on class will make goat cheese and grilled green Greek olive spread served on grilled pita rounds, baked oysters with homemade herb butter, oven-baked Cornish hens with spicy sausage stuffing and red chile-pecan sauce, sweet mashed potatoes with kumquat sauce, plus milopita - a Greek apple cake served with a cup of Greek mountain aromatic tea.
