This hands-on class will make lobster and Manouri cheese crostini, htipiti - a traditional Greek appetizer with roasted red peppers and feta cheese served with pita chips, green apple and fennel salad with honey-mustard-citrus dressing, oven-baked halibut plaki - a dish made with roasted tomatoes and aromatic Moschofilero wine served with rice pilaf, plus Greek yogurt cake with ouzo and orange syrup.
