DAY GRILLING
Spend a delightful afternoon at the grill with Jeff Friesen creating some fantastic summer dishes. This hands-on class will create smoked and grilled spatchcock chicken, crispy grilled potatoes, tangy charred broccoli with spicy vinaigrette, grilled romaine BLT salad with buttermilk dressing, plus grilled peach shortcake with bourbon whipped cream, and a smoked pineapple margarita.
