This hands-on class will learn the Italian method for creating macarons with three luscious fillings - white chocolate-raspberry ganache, lemon curd, and s'mores ganache. Learn the technique of creating two-tone swirl macarons and when to add embellishments before and after baking. Each student will take home a sample of macarons.
