Start your Independence Day celebration lighting up the grill with Mickey Kitterman to create dishes from around the world. This hands-on class will make Mexican elote - spicy grilled street corn with cotija cheese, Middle Eastern baba ganoush with grilled eggplant and sweet tahini dressing, Korean bulgogi deopbap - a rice bowl topped with delicious Korean barbecued beef strips, grilled lamb shawarma served with pita, Japanese grilled chicken yakitori, plus grilled pineapple and homemade ice cream.
