The allure of a lingering afternoon dining on superb French cuisine has us giddy with delight. We will create a celebration of love with a toast of champagne, as the class enjoys tarte flambée - a popular French bistro fromage blanc-onion tart, steak bordelaise, skillet roasted potatoes and zucchini with shallots, plus gâteau au chocolat fondu - individual molten chocolate cakes made famous by Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
