GIRLS' NIGHT OUT: CACCIATORE, IF YOU CAN!
Spend a delightful evening with Sharon Tutko and "catch a story" or two of her culinary adventures with lots of tips for cooking and entertaining, starting with a roasted garlic and feta appetizer baked in individual ramekins with cherry tomatoes and basil served with grilled crostini. Enjoy lamb cacciatore over homemade pappardelle pasta and a contorno of sautéed rapini greens with garlic and currants garnished with parmesan shavings, plus mini Italian orange-almond cakes with shaved chocolate and whipped cream, and a Lambrusco spritz cocktail with fresh orange slices and mint.
