Enjoy a duo of hummus - black-eyed peas and sweet potato served with fried pita chips, Italian sausage flatbread with rapini and bianca sauce, plus mini cherry-pistachio scone squares with rosewater drizzle, and a pineapple-ginger beer cocktail with vanilla and anise.
