GIRLS' NIGHT OUT: NIBBLE AND NOSH
Kick back with the girls and the dynamic Sharon Tutko to nibble on fun bites and small plates loaded with flavor and texture served with a cranberry Aperol spritz. Enjoy crispy parmesan artichokes with lemon-caper-Dijon drizzle, hasselback sweet potatoes studded with garlicky herbed walnut-maple butter, roasted eggplant circles with sun-dried tomato-basil-pistachio crunch drizzled with creamy balsamic dressing, seared chicken breast tossed with creamy wild mushrooms and spinach and gnocchi, plus roasted tart apples and red Bartlett pears topped with a maple-oat-pecan crunch and mascarpone whipped cream.
