Lydia Gwin is ready to get this summer started with sizzling dishes on the grill. This hands-on class will make flank steak with chimichurri, pork kabobs with sweet sriracha lime glaze served with apple-celery slaw, spatchcock grilled chicken with Kansas City barbecue dry rub and sauce, plus bacon potato salad with creamy horseradish dressing and calico triple baked beans with beef and bacon.
