This hands-on class will make grilled shrimp in turmeric mojo sauce, Hawaiian huli huli chicken served with pineapple coleslaw and rice, seven-spice grilled lamb chops served with parsley-pickled onions and mutabal - a Middle Eastern smoked eggplant dip with pita, plus grilled strawberry honey lemonade with an optional splash of vodka.
