This hands-on class will learn the techniques to creating great doughs, prepping, shaping and baking for delicious flavors with three different breads. The class will make cha-cha cheddar potato pull-apart rolls with herbs and an olive oil drizzle, golden brown focaccia hamburger buns with parmesan, and perfectly simple dinner rolls that are light, airy, tender, and buttery.
