Satisfy your chocolate cravings with certified chocolatier Audrey Scherrer learning to use a variety of chocolates and how to caramelize white chocolate. This hands-on class will make her best ever "come home to mama" chocolate cake with buttercream frosting, caramelized white chocolate blondies, and cocoa nib chocolate chip cookies.
