Bring a date! Bring your friends! Bring your family! Stephan Ledbetter is playing hooky with our favorite "let's kick back" fish dishes. This hands-on class will spend an adventurous evening creating smoked and butter-poached lobster rolls, our favorite fish tacos, crab and corn quesadillas with avocado salsa, and mahi mahi burgers with saffron aïoli on very soft buns.
