Give a warm welcome to Zohra Zaimi, as she shares her expertise and passion for baking with semolina creating baked goods she learned from her mother and grandmother in her native Morocco. This hands-on class will make baghrir - traditional Moroccan spongy semolina pancakes served with honey and butter, Moroccan harcha - a semolina pan-fried flatbread with thyme and sesame seeds, and semolina coconut cookies. Enjoy these treats with a lovely presentation with Zohra's artisanal teapot of Moroccan green tea with fresh mint and orange blossom water.
