This hands-on class will create grilled watermelon salad with cherry coffee vinaigrette, Colombian coffee crusted potato skins stuffed with Monterey Jack cheese and bacon bits, coffee-braised roast beef with rich deep flavor from the arabica beans, crusty cheesy coffee potato cups - a two-bite morsel of goodness, plus cast iron apple-nutmeg coffee cake topped with coffee glaze and chantilly cream, served with a cup of coffee, of course.
