Join the talented chef Mathew Unger as he shares his research from his new cookbook on Missouri comfort foods, Missouri Comfort. With a prevalence of German immigrants to our state, especially in St. Louis and areas around Hermann, this hands-on class will create traditional German dishes -- spinach salad with warm bacon dressing, crispy pork schnitzel with lemon-caper sauce on spätzle, sautéed green beans with bacon, plus traditional apple strudel.
