This hands-on class will learn the proper way to make St. Louis dry-rubbed pork chops with sweet and smoky barbecue sauce, bacon mac-and-cheese, sour cream cucumber salad, deviled egg potato salad, frozen custard, plus enjoy a selection of Missouri beers.
