Enjoy shrimp and Cajun grits Benedict topped with a poached egg and Creole hollandaise, andouille sausage and gruyère quiche with a light salad of greens tossed in champagne vinaigrette, crawfish cornmeal blini topped with crème fraîche chives and tobiko - a flying fish roe, plus Creole cheesecake topped with candied pecans and bourbon caramel sauce, and an orange-passionfruit Hurricane mimosa with prosecco.
