Chef Bob Colosimo did some extensive R&D in Sicily to discover the endless variations for decorating the Sicilian cassata cake. The liquor-soaked sponge cakes for this 6" version are already baked and ready to be adorned using your own festive expression. Learn all aspects of creating this stunning and tasty cake. The cakes will have a ricotta cheese filling studded with chocolate chip and candied fruit, draped in marzipan and fondant and garnished with more candied fruit. Students will take home their decorated cakes.
