We love soup all year round, but especially as we head into the cooler weather. This hands-on class with Jeff Friesen will create fall heirloom tomato gazpacho, roasted acorn squash soup with brown butter-thyme croutons and roasted mushrooms, French onion soup with charred poblanos, and finish with a fitting dessert of île flottante - floating island of meringue in a sea of crème anglaise garnished with brûléed pineapple and rum. #weekday
