For aspiring chefs, children ages 7 to 11. Spend three exciting days in the kitchen with Lydia Gwin learning everything about baking cookies, cakes, brownies, and ice cream. This hands-on class will explore the science of cookies learning how to make base doughs and personalize with flavors and textures to create your own recipes, learn how to use different chocolates to create tremendous fudgy brownies, white chocolate blondies, lemon bars, and discover a variety of cakes and frostings with chiffon cake with lemon curd-blueberry filling, angel food cake with seven-minute frosting, and sour cream chocolate bundt cake with chocolate ganache.
