The battle is on to choose your favorite chicken and waffle combination in an exciting class with the delightful and unwavering Lydia Gwin. This hands-on class will learn to make Korean fried chicken with scallion waffles served with soy pickled cucumbers, chicken parmesan and herbed waffle paninis with mozzarella, potato waffles with grilled chicken and vegetables covered with raclette cheese, and Nashville fried chicken tender on cornbread waffles with jalapeño-maple cream sauce.
