Learn to make a lobster BLT on homemade potato rolls, barbecue spiced potato chips, Lydia's cheesy corn dish with sharp white cheddar, broccoli and carrot slaw, Bloody Mary shrimp ceviche with plantain chips, plus blueberry pie with an all-butter crust.
