This hands-on class will create smoked salmon with pickled red onions and lemon-caraway-dill butter on sourdough bread, crispy fried cod with broiled prawns on open-face farm bread toast with gem lettuce and caper-pickle-dill sauce, open-face roast beef sandwich with sliced radish and fried onions on rye with curry rémoulade, and boiled eggs with pickled beets and red onions on sourdough toast with chive-herb mayonnaise and microgreens.
