Most of those things still ring true as she shares the significant food that is still part of her life in this monthly series. From Salamanca, Spain, enjoy a glass of light red wine, stories of Pepa - the abuela she lived with and her gazpacho with market-ripe tomatoes, pan de hoy - today's crusty baguette slices drizzled with Spanish olive oil, gambas al ajillo - Spanish garlic shrimp, tortilla Española with Spanish olive garnish and a "nomino-spiritu-santo" *kisses* pan-flip, plus middle-of-the-night dancing-in-the-streets churros con chocolate with cinnamon sugar and thick hot dipping chocolate. #weekday
